Dear Cammie,
I always welcome the opportunity to rave about Odin! He is
such an exceptionally well behaved dog! He NEVER
destroyed anything, even as a puppy; and, is really so
adaptable as well.... Since we brought him home in 2007, I had
a baby (with whom he ADORES) AND we moved into a new house; he
handled both these new situations exceedingly well!
Odin has always demonstrated a gentle, mellow nature and is
wonderful with our other animals as well (we have two cats and
another dog)! He is protective of our home, and us, and
always keeps a watchful eye on our property! He has keen
senses and will notice things like a bird, or someone across
the street! He often amazes us with his ability to guard, yet,
when we have unfamiliar friends or family over, including
children, he is gentle as can be! He does not exceedingly
bark, as some other breeds do, and travels well! (We often
take long road trips!)
Odin has proved to be a wonderful dog! I could not imagine our
family without him! His kind spirit and joyful energy are
great to be around! He is a blessing and we thank you for
really placing such a wonderful fit with us! Because your
breeding standards are so high, your dogs really exemplify
those standards!

Titus

Hi Cammie,
Titus is perfect in every way. I can’t go anywhere without
people approaching me to tell me how beautiful and handsome he
is and that he looks like a lion. He is so loving with my
10 year old daughter. He loves to hang out with her where
ever she goes in the house. My girlfriend was a little
hesitant about getting such a big, powerful and strong minded
dog. I am pleased to say she has totally taken to him and
vise versa.
I have to say he’s also the quietest dog I have ever had and I
have had a Rottweiler, golden retriever and bullmastiff. I
think in the 3 months I have had him he has only barked a couple
of times.

Nyla

Hi Cammie,
Madeline and I were just sitting looking at Boerboel
pictures and she thought we should give you an
update. Nyla is 101 lbs now and still looking trim.
She has a wonderful disposition and is proving to be
everything we wanted. She is fabulous with the girls
and all the kids that come and go.
Puppy Pictures
She is a real attraction at the dog park and our local
pet store. She gets a lot of attention and
compliments. She is in general very well behaved
although we have lost a few toys to her. Nyla is very
healthy and had no problems with the spaying
process...an excellent patient. The vets commented on
how good she is about being handled, thanks to your
advice about daily massages since we got her. We've

Boog

Cammie,
Boog is the best dog ever! I thought I wanted a big tough
monster but you knew I needed a companion. You paired me with
the perfect animal, he is like a little kid. Loves to see me
when I come home, likes to make me get out and run, and loves to
cuddle up at night. I know you disapprove of letting him sleep
in the bed but I can’t help it he’s just so sweet.
He gets along with all the dogs at the park, never pulls me when
on a leash, and he listens! He is one year now and still a big
baby- I’m waiting to see how he’ll act as he starts becoming
territorial. Speaking of exercise… he is so full of energy and
SO fast I now have to let him chase me around the neighborhood
behind my motorcycle (I cant keep up on a bicycle). If you’re
curious he
will run with my girlfriend 5+ miles or about an hour at a
time.
He has never shown any signs of aggression toward anyone. He
will defend his territory but no one has ever tested him. He
weighs 135lbs and spans my king-sized bed when he stretches. I
can’t take him anywhere without people falling in love. I took
him to the doggy day care once and everyone remembers him and
asks about him, they tell me he is their favorite. I couldn’t
imagine a better dog and wanted to say thank you, may I have
another?
